ACTS will be responsible for the Uber fees associated with EPL travel but ACTS will not be able to pay an additional tip on the Uber bill.

(Uber started their operation on a 'gratuity included' policy. Since then there have been various changes. We need a consistent policy. Their website states: tipping is optional - not expected.)
