Decide how many days you want your American Christian Tours Travel Program to be, next look at your calendar and select several date options that will work for your group.
#2 - CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM:
After you have selected dates, explore our different programs. Washington, D.C. is one of American Christian Tours most popular programs. The possibilities are endless. From the Museum of the Bible to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter, to Sight and Sound Theatre in Lancaster County to New York City - choose the destination your group would like to explore.
#3 - CALL ACTS:
Once you have your dates and program selected, contact us. Our friendly Program Consultants will work with you to book your travel program that is customized to your group. American Christian Tours then provides Participant Registration Handouts to distribute to your group. These forms contain the itinerary and instruction on how to register online for your program.
#4 - HOLD AN INFORMATIONAL MEETING
Once you have received your Participant Registration Handouts, hold an informational meeting for interested participants. We will provide you with promotional materials to use to advertise the meeting.
During this meeting, distribute the Participant Registration Handouts. There may be questions, and we are always here to help, but the resources we provide you in our Organizer E-Office will answer many of them.
Participants can simply go online and register for the program.
#5 - SIT BACK & WE WILL DO THE REST
That's right! Let us handle the rest of the planning. Our online registration and payment portal make easy work of keeping track of your participants. With your American Christian Tours Organizer E-Office password and login, you can go online at any time and view a number of current reports and information.
You as an Program Organizer may be asked to mail a few special requests for events you wish to include in your program. American Christian Tours will organize the rest of your program details for you.
