HOW TO BOOK YOUR PROGRAM\
Booking an Education Program with ACTS is an easy process. Remember at any time you can always call a friendly American Christian Tours Education Program Consultant to walk you through the process.
There are just a few steps!
#1 - CHOOSE DATES:
Decide how many days you want your American Christian Tours Education Program to be, next look at your school's calendar and select several date options that will work for you.
#2 - CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM:
After you have selected dates, explore our different education programs. Washington, D.C. is one of American Christian Tours most popular programs. Most groups include Washington, D.C. somewhere in their itinerary. However, for modest additional prices, you can add extensions to Colonial Williamsburg, Gettysburg, Lancaster County, Philadelphia, New York City, or Boston. Some schools do a trip to just New York City, or just the Boston area. Others choose The March: From Civil War to Civil Rights. Some explore the Land of Lincoln and Chicago, or choose one of our Texas State programs. The West provides you with options to do the Arizona Adventure, or one of our popular California Experiences. This is your program. You decide what is important to your educational goals.
#3 - CALL ACTS:
Once you have your dates and educational program selected, contact us. Our friendly Education Program Consultants will work with you to book your education program that is customized to your school. American Christian Tours then provides Participant Registration Handouts to distribute to all interested persons. These forms contain the itinerary and instruction on how to register online for your program.
#5 - SIT BACK & WE WILL DO THE REST
That's right! Let us handle the rest of the planning. Our online registration and payment portal make easy work of keeping track of your participants. With your American Christian Tours Organizer E-Office password and login, you can go online at any time and view a number of current reports and information.
You as an Program Organizer may be asked to mail a few special requests for events you wish to include in your program. American Christian Tours will organize the rest of your program details for you.

#4 - HOLD AN INFORMATIONAL MEETING
Once you have received your Participant Registration Handouts, hold an informational meeting for the parents. We will provide you with promotional materials to use to advertise the meeting.
During this meeting, distribute the Participant Registration Handouts. There may be questions, and we are always here to help, but the resources we provide you in our Organizer E-Office will answer many of them.
The parents and guardians can simply go online and register for the program.
