The bathrooms at bus parking at the National Constitution Center are closed for remodeling. We used the ones inside. Even when the building was closed we asked the guard nicely and he let us in.

Also, Franklin is currently closed. The NPS website says the Market Street Entrance is closed, but all entrances were closed when we went yesterday. The NPS website also says parts of Franklin Court are closed, but we found it inaccessible.

Also at The Bourse the website says 6 restaurants open at 11:00 on Sundays, but only 2 were open today.
