Since Nolan is on the '5 Guys' tour (haha!!) I (Sabrina) will be your primary contact for all things this week. Please text me to request a call - if it's an emergency please text URGENT.

CONTACT FOR THE REST OF MAY:

After this week, Nolan will be your first point of contact if you are on the road (Sabrina 2nd point of contact).

Sabrina will be your pre-tour / post-tour contact.

Part 2:

Please make sure to take care of the 'human needs' of your groups as you stay on mission! It's warming up temperature-wise on both coasts.

WATER: Remind your group needs to stay hydrated! (We've already had some dehydration issues.) Not all of the motorcoaches will be selling water. Send a few adults to buy cases of water if necessary. Fill water bottles at the hotel in the morning.

BATHROOMS: What goes in must come out! Make sure you plan adequate stops. Make itinerary adjustments if necessary. Use bathrooms on motorcoaches if necessary. As our Orientation video states, we cannot make someone feel bad or awkward about using the bathroom on the coach.
