My biggest takeaway was to be prepared to be flexible. To be more mindful about holding back, times, etc. until it is absolutely necessary to give them out due to possible cancellations, delays, etc. To be more intentional about calling ahead of appointments in as many places as I can to not only confirm appointments if necessary, but to also be ready with entry directions, Covid protocols, etc.
