POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant
HOURS: Monday through Friday between 9A – 3P
25-30 hrs per week; potential of flexible summer hours
REPORTS TO: Administrative Team
POSITION PURPOSE: This position provides administrative and clerical support to management and designated staff. This position will also coordinate general support services. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties

Provide general administrative and clerical support to designated staff members

Organize and schedule appointments

Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Write, open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence

Create and produce a variety of documents, reports, and records

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Develop and maintain a filing system

Update and maintain policies and procedures
-
Order supplies
-
Research suppliers
-
Maintain supplies inventory level
-
Submit and reconcile expense reports
-
Maintain contact lists
-
Schedule travel arrangements
-
Act as the point of contact for designated staff

Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
Preferred - Degree in Administrative Assistant
Required Knowledge:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)
Experience Required:
One year of previous related experience preferred
