They finally started construction on the annex. The back of the Capitol building and the garden area surrounding it are closed. You can still access the building from the side entrances. The sidewalks on both sides of the garden are closed from the building to the bathrooms. You will need to cross the street and use the sidewalk over there until you reach the bathroom, then cross back over. The CA Figherfighters Memorial is also under construction. The turnout bronzes have been removed and there is a sign stating that the memorial will be closed "from late spring to early fall."

The bathrooms at bus parking at the National Constitution Center are closed for remodeling. We used the ones inside. Even when the building was closed we asked the guard nicely and he let us in. Also, Franklin is currently closed. The NPS website says the Market Street Entrance is closed, but all entrances were closed when we went yesterday. The NPS website also says parts of Franklin Court are closed, but we found it inaccessible. Also at The Bourse the website says 6 restaurants open at 11:00 on Sundays, but only 2 were open today.
