It is very important to inform the office of any expected participant that is not in attendance when the program begins (i.e. just didn’t show up or cancelled last minute).
USE THE SAME QR CODE AS PASSENGER RELEASE – there is a NO SHOW option at the very beginning of the process. Do not assume the office knows the passenger(s) informed the office already.
Not only could this information make the difference on the passenger’s potential travel insurance claim for reimbursement, we must have an accurate account of passengers on the program in the event of an emergency situation.
