*Family of Four Rate

A family of four may (which must include one child between the ages of 5 - 17), may stay in one room for only $5,766.  This is an inclusive price minus the cost of transportation to and from the trip origination and ending points.

+Child Under 5 Free
A child under 5 years of age (at the time of the start of the tour) is able to travel free with a paying adult.  The child does not count towards quad occupancy.  The child also must be registered as a passenger.

When you first start the reservation process you will first create an account.  From this account you are then able to register your entire family and manage all of your reservations from one account.

The World History Institute Family Tour 2020

Day One – Wednesday, July 1
After you arrive, you will need to meet at the designated location.  Here you will join the other tour participants, Dr. Marshall Foster and your ACTS Program Leader aboard the luxury motor coach.

We will then take the short drive south to Plymouth, Massachusetts.

After dinner we will take a leisurely walking tour of the historic Plymouth waterfront and town led by Dr. Marshall Foster.

Meal Included:

Forefather's Monument, Plymouth Rock.

Day Two - Thursday, July 2
After breakfast we make the short drive up to Boston.  Here we tour the famous Boston Freedom Trail visiting the well-known sites along the red line winding through the streets and walkways of the city.

Following lunch and free time at Quincy Market  we will drive out and visit the famous Lexington Green and then travel along the Battle Road to see the Old North Bridge in Concord.

This evening we will have dinner before returning to Plymouth.

Day Three - Friday, July 3
After breakfast and checkout we begin our drive to New York City.  We will stop for lunch enroute.

This afternoon we will visit the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. We also go to the top of One World Observatory for an amazing view of NYC.

This evening, we will have dinner near Times Square and then enjoy a Broadway performance.  We then check in to our hotel for the night.

Day Four - Saturday, July 4
After breakfast and checkout, we visit the Statue of Liberty on Liberty Island and a photo stop of Ellis Island.

Following lunch, we drive to Philadelphia.  Here we tour Independence Hall and see the famous Liberty Bell.

Our evening activities will focus on celebrating our nation's birthday - complete with fireworks!

We then check in to our hotel.

Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island Photo Stop, Independence Hall and Liberty Bell, Fourth of July festivities.

Day Five - Sunday, July 5
This morning after breakfast, we head south towards Washington, D.C.   We will visit the Mount Vernon Estate, home of George and Martha Washington.  You will be able to tour not only the mansion, but also the grounds - seeing the tomb of the Washington's, and also the museum and education center.

After dinner, in historic Alexandria, we visit many of Washington, D.C.'s famous national memorials on an evening Illumination Tour.

Day Six - Monday, July 6
This morning, after breakfast and checking out of our hotel,  we tour the United States Capitol and see our government at work.

Following lunch, we will tour the Museum of the Bible enjoying an immersive and personalized experience exploring the history, narrative, and impact of the Bible in the world's most technologically advanced museum.

We then depart for the airport for our return trip back home
