The following are standard inclusions on an ACTS Education Program. These inclusions are based on groups traveling to the historic East Coast by air.

Exceptions for groups traveling by motorcoach only are also listed below:

Round-trip Air Transportation
ACTS staff of in-house transportation professionals work with major air carriers to provide your group with the most efficient and affordable flights from major U.S. cities.

Hotel Accommodations
ACTS uses top-quality hotels, many in the center of town, to provide your group with a comfortable, clean, and safe night of sleep. Most packages have students housed in quad occupancy and adults in double occupancy.

Ground Transportation
Your group will be comfortable traveling aboard deluxe new model motorcoaches. ACTS long-term relationship with a Christian motorcoach company provides your group with exceptional service and friendliness.

MEALS
ACTS Education Program packages provide delicious meal options.
Breakfasts (daily, except arrival day) are usually full hotel buffet-style
Lunches - normally not included but are at the participants expense and at local venues with numerous options. (can be added in to the tour package at your request)
Dinners (daily, except on day of departure) are either a full meal at local restaurants or occasionally at the hotel or at venue with numerous options.

Admissions
All admissions and fees to scheduled sites and events unless noted in your itinerary.

Tour Leader
Our licensed ACTS Education Program Leader will be with your group 24 hours a day. Besides accomplishing your itinerary as smoothly as possible, their goal is to inspire your students with the story of our nation's Christian heritage.

Nighttime Security
To enhance security and help you and your group get a good night of sleep, ACTS Education Program packages provide for evening security staff on our hotel floors.

Complimentary Teacher/Chaperone
Normally for every 10 paying participants one Teacher or Chaperone qualifies as a complimentary participant on the tour. Other complimentary packages are available. Your ACTS Education Program Consultant can give you additional details.

ACTS^® Medical/Accident Insurance
Every participant on any ACTS Education Program is automatically covered by $5,000 medical and accident insurance while on the program, as long as that person is registered at least seventy-five (75) days before the program start date. This insurance is a secondary insurance to the participant's primary carrier. If a participant has no primary insurance, this insurance will be their primary insurance up to $5000. Additional information is available from ACTS on this coverage.

ACTS^® exclusive "Christians In History" Program
Interactive evening programs with Christian historical characters will introduce your group to our nation's rich history.

ACTS^® exclusive Solid Financial Protection
All of our participant's monies are held in a trust account administered by an independent firm of certified public accountants, for your peace of mind. The account is not self-administered. ACTS is not able to access the account until after the completion of your ACTS Education Program. There is no better protection than that.

ACTS^® Explorer Workbook
Each student will be provided with their own ACTS Explorer Workbook with facts, activities and journals to use before, during, and after the education program.

Exceptions for groups traveling by motorcoach only:
- there is no included airfare - the motor coach begins and ends at your school.
- usually meals en route are not included - be sure to ask what your first and last included meals will be when you speak with your ACTS Education Program Consultant.
- hotel accommodations begin after arrival on site, although accommodations en route can be arranged if necessary for an additional charge
- There is one complimentary teacher/chaperone for every 15 paying participants.
