Booking an Education Program with American Christian Tours is an easy process.  Remember at any time you can always call a friendly ACTS Education Program Consultant team member to walk you through the process.  There are basically three main steps:

• Pick out Dates and Educational Program:
  First, decide how many days in length you want your ACTS Education Program to be.  Then, look at your school's yearly calendar and select several dates that will work for you.
  
  After you have selected dates, decide which education program you would like to set up with ACTS.  Is Washington, D.C. the only destination you wish to see, or for a modest additional price, would you like to add Gettysburg or Williamsburg?  How about a tour of New York City?
  
  Once you have your dates and educational program selected, call ACTS - 800.222.2001.  Our friendly ACTS Education Program Consultants will book your program the way you want it.  ACTS will then print and send you enough itineraries and registration forms for you to pass out to all interested persons.
   
• Hold a Parent Informational Meeting
  Once you have received your itineraries and registration forms, hold an informational meeting for the parents.  We will provide you with promotional posters to use in advertising the meeting along with our promotional DVD to present.
  
  During this meeting, simply show the DVD, then pass out the itineraries and registration forms.  There may be some questions, and we are always here to help, but the DVD will cover many of them.
  
  The parents can then simply go on-line and register or fill out the registration form and mail it along with the deposit to our home office.
  
• Sit Back and let ACTS do the Rest!
  That's right!  Let ACTS handle the rest of the planning.  We will process the deposits and send payment receipts to the participants.  With your ACTS E-Office password and login ID, you can go on-line at any time and view your Organizer's Reports online.  The Organizer's Report shows who is registered and paid.
