Pick out Dates and Educational Program
First, decide how many days in length you want your American Christian Tours Education Program to be. Then, look at your school's yearly calendar and select several dates that will work for you. We build our program around your dates. You decide when you want your tour to be.
After you have selected dates, check out our different education programs. Washington, D.C. is ACTS' core East Coast program. Most groups include Washington, D.C. somewhere in their itinerary. However, for modest additional prices, you can add extensions to Williamsburg, Gettysburg, Amish Country, Philadelphia, New York City, or Boston. Some schools do a trip to just New York City, just the Boston area, or The March, our Civil War to Civil Rights tour through the South. It's your program. You decide what's important to your educational needs and calendar.
Once you have your dates and education program ideas selected, call American Christian Tours at 800.222.2001. Our friendly Education Program Consultants will work with you to book your education program the way you want it. ACTS then prints and sends you enough Participant Registration Forms to pass out to all interested persons. These forms contain the itinerary and instructions on how to go online and register for the program.

How To Book an ACTS Education Program:
Booking an Education Program with American Christian Tours is an easy process. Remember at any time you can always call a friendly ACTS Education Program Consultant team member to walk you through the process. Basically there are three easy steps.
Hold a Parent Informational Meeting
Once you have received your itineraries and registration forms, hold an informational meeting for the parents. We will provide you with promotional materials to use for advertising the meeting.
During this meeting, play our orientation video and then pass out the Participant Registration Forms. There may be some questions, and we are always here to help, but the video covers many of them.
The parents and guardians can then simply go online to register and pay with a credit card, or PayPal account or they can fill out the registration form, enclose a check or credit card information, and mail it along with the deposit to our home office.

That's right! Let us handle the rest of the planning. Our online registration and payment portal make easy work of keeping track of your participants. With your American Christian Tours Organizer E-Office password and login, you can go online at any time and view a number of current reports and information.
You as a Program Organizer may be asked to mail a few special requests to Congressmen (such as a request for a White House tour) depending on the events you wish to include in your program. American Christian Tours will organize the rest of your program details for you.
